I'm not getting alerts

Allow notifications for LookUp in your phone's settings, and check that it can use your location. LookUp only taps you when something is worth stepping outside for: it has to be dark, clear and high enough to see. Some weeks the space station simply isn't visible where you are. To see what an alert looks like, open Settings and tap Preview an alert.

Alerts come at the wrong time

Open LookUp now and then so it can refresh orbits and the cloud forecast. If you've traveled, open the app so it picks up where you are. Quiet hours and how early you're tapped are in Settings.

I have a new phone

Refunds
